Dr. Oscar Carter

Dr. Oscar Carter is a General Dentist from Madison, Mississippi, who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry. As the oldest of five, he’s always been someone people can count on—bringing that same sense of responsibility and care into his work.

He spent two years practicing in a rural community, where he gained extensive experience across a wide range of procedures, including oral surgery, dentures, complex restorative cases, and endodontics. That hands-on experience strengthened his skills and deepened his commitment to providing patients with comprehensive, high-quality care.

Dr. Carter’s goal is to make every visit to the dentist feel comfortable and stress-free, helping patients leave not only with healthier smiles but also a positive experience.

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys playing chess, practicing martial arts, lifting weights, and spending time outdoors.
